When will my package ship?

All orders will ship within 1-3 days from your purchase date.

Sunday's are our "off" days. If you place an order on Sunday, processing time will not begin until the following business day. We are also closed on national holidays.

How is your apparel printed?

Our apparel is silk screen printed with nontoxic, water-based inks. This process ensures not only enhances quality, but ensures longevity so you can enjoy your new Village Made apparel for the years to come!

Do you offer Sales or Discounts?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us at @villagemade_ on Instagram for all updates, sales and new items being released.

 What are your Care Instructions?

Our apparel will continue looking it's best and last the longest when washed inside-out and in cold water. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our apparel is made to order, all sales are final. We do our best to ensure your order arrives to you safely, but we know there’s still a possibility that your accessories, mugs, or glasses can be damaged during transit. All damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. When reporting damage, please provide us with the Order #, item(s) that are damaged, and a photo of the damage. Once reported, we’ll send out a replacement immediately.

Which size is best? 

When purchasing from our infant/toddler line, know that our items run true to size. If you are unsure about sizing, please order one size above your child’s current size.

Our adult tees are unisex and run larger than a typical fit. It is suggested that if you prefer a slim fit, order down one size. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, order your normal size.
