When will my package ship?

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. All pre-orders are processed within 1-2 weeks. Weekends are our “off days,” so if you place an order on Friday, or over the weekend, processing time will not begin until the following business day. We are also closed on national holidays. If you need an item to be rush ordered, please be sure to contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Do you offer Sales or Discounts?

 What are your Care Instructions?

Our apparel will continue looking it's best and last the longest when washed inside-out and in cold water. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are taken for all apparel and accessories if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s). Items can only be accepted in original condition – not worn or washed. NO returns or exchanges will be permitted for mug orders due to sanitation issues. Returns and exchanges are for US orders only.

Which size is best?

When purchasing from our infant/toddler line, know that our items run true to size. If you are unsure about sizing, please order one size above your child’s current size.

Our adult tees are unisex and run larger than a typical fit. It is suggested that if you prefer a slim fit, order down one size. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, order your normal size.
